Experience & Initiatives
Ivana’s journey is marked by significant contributions to youth development. As part of the MOF – Youth Educational Forum, she honed her skills in debate, actively participating in and helping to organize debate tournaments that foster critical thinking and public speaking.
Her work with Mladi Hub and the People’s Office of the President of the Republic of North Macedonia showcases her commitment to inclusive and impactful projects. She played a key role in Erasmus projects for people with disabilities and contributed to initiatives like “From Skills to Opportunities for Youth,” bridging the gap between education and career paths.

As a dedicated activist in youth civic education, Ivana champions active participation and social change. Her diverse experience and hands-on approach make her a strong advocate for empowering young people to become leaders in their communities
